This Refund Policy applies to payments made on Kashi Property for agent membership and access to our digital real estate listing platform.

2. Nature of Service

Kashi Property is a mediator platform. Payments collected are strictly for providing digital access to agent features such as posting and managing property listings.

We do not sell properties, do not guarantee leads or transactions, and do not participate in property negotiations.

3. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are allowed only in the following cases:

  • Payment was successful but membership access was not activated
  • Duplicate payment due to technical error
  • Unauthorized transaction (subject to verification)

Membership fees are non-refundable once platform access is activated.

4. Cancellation Policy

Agents may cancel their membership at any time. Cancellation will prevent future renewals but will not entitle the agent to a refund for the current billing period.
