This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refunds and cancellations for services purchased on Kashi Property platform. We are committed to providing transparent and fair policies for our users.

By making a purchase or subscribing to our services, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.

2. Subscription Plans & Payments

2.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner. We accept the following payment methods:

  • Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit Cards
  • Net Banking
  • UPI (Unified Payments Interface)
  • Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe, Google Pay, etc.)

2.2 Subscription Activation

Once payment is confirmed, your subscription/plan will be activated immediately. You will receive a confirmation email with your plan details and invoice.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 User-Initiated Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription under the following conditions:

  • Within 24 Hours of Purchase: Full refund eligible (see Section 4.1)
  • Before Service Utilization: If you haven't used any premium features, you may request cancellation
  • Auto-Renewal: You can cancel auto-renewal anytime to prevent future charges

Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No refund will be provided for the remaining period unless eligible under our refund policy (Section 4).

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Eligibility for Refund

Refunds are provided in the following circumstances:

✓ Full Refund (100%)

  • Cancellation within 24 hours of purchase AND no premium features used
  • Technical error resulting in duplicate charges
  • Service not activated despite successful payment
  • Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

⚠ Partial Refund (Pro-rated)

  • Service downtime exceeding 72 consecutive hours due to our technical issues
  • Major feature unavailability that was promised in your plan

✗ No Refund

  • After 24 hours if any premium features have been used
  • Change of mind after utilizing services
  • Account suspension/termination due to violation of Terms of Service
  • Third-party service failures (not under our control)
  • Failure to cancel auto-renewal before next billing cycle

4.2 Refund Request Process

To request a refund:

  1. Send an email to kashiproperty3@gmail.com with subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your transaction ID, registered email, and reason for refund
  3. Provide any supporting documentation if applicable
  4. Our team will review your request within 2-3 business days

4.3 Refund Processing Time

Once your refund request is approved:

  • Processing Time: 5-7 business days from approval date
  • Credit to Account: Depends on your bank/card issuer (typically 7-10 business days)
  • Refund Method: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method

4.4 Refund Amount Calculation

For partial refunds, the amount will be calculated as:

Refund Amount = (Total Paid / Total Days) × Remaining Days

Note: Payment gateway charges (approximately 2-3%) are non-refundable.

5. Auto-Renewal & Recurring Payments

5.1 Auto-Renewal Terms

Some subscription plans have auto-renewal enabled by default. This means your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel.

  • You will be notified 7 days before auto-renewal
  • You can disable auto-renewal anytime from your account settings
  • Disabling auto-renewal does not cancel your current subscription

5.2 Failed Payment

If auto-renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method up to 3 times over 7 days. If all attempts fail, your subscription will be downgraded to the free plan.

6. Disputes & Chargebacks

Before initiating a chargeback with your bank/card issuer, please contact us first. We are committed to resolving any billing disputes fairly and promptly.

Important: Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in:

  • Immediate suspension of your account
  • Permanent ban from our platform if chargeback is found to be fraudulent
  • Legal action for recovery of costs and damages

7. Promotional Offers & Discounts

Subscriptions purchased with promotional codes, discounts, or special offers may have different refund terms:

  • Promotional discounts are non-refundable
  • Refund amount will be based on the discounted price paid, not the original price
  • Special offer terms will be clearly stated at the time of purchase

8. Exceptions

We reserve the right to make exceptions to this policy on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion. Such exceptions may include:

  • Extraordinary circumstances beyond user's control
  • Goodwill gestures for long-term customers
  • Technical issues caused by our platform

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
