4. Property Listings

4.1 Listing Requirements

When creating a property listing, you must:

• Provide accurate and truthful information
• Have legal authority to list the property
• Upload genuine photographs of the property
• Not misrepresent property features or condition
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4.2 Prohibited Content

Property listings must not contain:

• False, misleading, or deceptive information
• Discriminatory language or preferences
• Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content
• Copyrighted images without permission
• Links to external websites (unless approved)

4.3 Listing Removal

We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these Terms, is reported by users, or for any reason we deem appropriate. No refund will be provided for removed listings.

5. Payment Terms

5.1 Subscription Plans

Premium features are available through paid subscription plans. All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change with prior notice.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through Razorpay, our secure payment gateway partner. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms and conditions.

5.3 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly/yearly)
• You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees
• Failed payments may result in service suspension
• All sales are final unless stated in our Refund Policy

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Post spam, advertising, or promotional content without permission

By posting content (property listings, photos, reviews), you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content on our Platform and in promotional materials.

"Kashi Property" and our logo are trademarks. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written permission.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or use of our Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh, India.

13. Modifications to Terms
