1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using kashiproperty.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Platform Role & Disclaimer

Kashi Property is a technology-based real estate mediator platform. We only provide digital infrastructure that allows registered real estate agents to publish property listings for rent or sale.

We do not own, sell, rent, broker, negotiate, or finalize any property transactions. All communication, verification, negotiations, and transactions occur directly between interested users and the respective agent or property owner.

We do not guarantee leads, property availability, pricing accuracy, or transaction outcomes.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

• Only real estate agents are eligible for paid memberships
• You must provide accurate and lawful information
• You are responsible for all activity under your account

3.2 Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, post misleading listings, or misuse the Platform.

4. Property Listings

• Agents must have legal authority to list properties
• All listing information must be truthful and accurate
• No misleading, illegal, or discriminatory content is allowed

We may remove listings that violate these Terms without notice. Listing removal does not entitle the agent to a refund.

5. Payments & Membership Fees

Payments collected on this Platform are strictly for agent membership and digital platform access. We do not collect payments for property purchases, rentals, or brokerage services.

All payments are processed securely via Razorpay. We do not store card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

6. Refund Policy Reference

Membership fees are governed by our Refund Policy . Generally, fees are non-refundable once account access is activated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kashi Property shall not be liable for any disputes, losses, damages, or claims arising from property transactions, user interactions, or agent conduct.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts located in Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
