We collect rent directly from the tenant each month. After deducting our small management fee, we transfer the balance to your Indian bank account (NRE/NRO/savings) via NEFT or IMPS, typically within 3 working days. You'll receive a digital receipt every month.
Do I need to visit India to complete the process?
No. The entire process — listing, tenant selection, agreement execution, rent collection, maintenance coordination and reporting — is handled 100% remotely. You get regular photo and video updates and a monthly digital report. If needed, we can arrange a Power of Attorney to act on your behalf.
What documents do I need to list my property?
You'll need: property ownership proof (sale deed / registry copy), your ID (passport / OCI / PIO card), and optionally a Power of Attorney if you want us to execute agreements on your behalf. Our team will guide you step by step via WhatsApp or email.
What are the management fees?
